The Living Record collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, administer optional free-reading entries, provide Akashic Record readings, and send optional emails that you request.

Information You Provide

You may provide your name, email address, scheduling details, contact form messages, free-reading entry details, newsletter preferences, and any context you choose to share through Calendly, an intake form, or the contact form.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to schedule and deliver sessions, respond to questions, administer the free-reading draw, send session-related communication, send optional requested emails, and maintain basic business records.

Free-Reading Draw

When you enter a free-reading draw, the public name you choose and a randomly generated entry code are displayed on the public draw board. Your email address remains private and is used to prevent duplicate entries and contact you if selected. Please use a first name or chosen name rather than a full legal name if you do not want your full name displayed.

Entry records and draw results may be retained to preserve the integrity of the draw, resolve questions, and prevent abuse. You may use the contact form to request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Optional Living Record Emails

Entering the free-reading draw does not subscribe you to marketing. If you separately select the optional email checkbox, The Living Record records the consent wording, date, source, and technical details needed to document your choice, then sends a confirmation link. You are subscribed only after using that link.

These occasional emails may include Akashic Records teachings, reflective practices, and information about upcoming readings. Every marketing email will provide a simple unsubscribe method. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect draw, scheduling, or session-related messages. A minimal suppression record may be retained after an unsubscribe so that your request continues to be honored.

Third-Party Services

Scheduling may be handled through Calendly, site hosting through Netlify, draw and newsletter-consent processing through Vercel, private records and administrator access through Supabase, email delivery through Resend, and video sessions through Zoom. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site performance and improve the website. Analytics should not be used to collect more personal data than needed.
